Follett Library Resources, Inc. grants you a limited license to access and make use of the Products for the sole purpose of creating title lists to send as quotation requests or orders to Follett Library Resources, Inc. Privacy Notice

Follett Library Resources, Inc. stores your data on its secure server and does not use or disclose your data except to provide you with the services related to this Site and the Products.

Pricing and Availability

We cannot guarantee that every title within the Products will be available at any given time. We do guarantee, however, that we will replace materials that are not processed to your order specifications, provided you notify us of any processing error within sixty days of our invoice date. If you receive a defective item, return it to us within one year of its purchase, along with a description of the defect, our original invoice number, and a contact’s name, number, e-mail address and fax number. If you plan to return more than ten books or five audiovisual items due to defects, please contact us first to request a return authorization. We will, at our option, either replace defective materials with the same titles, bindings and/or formats, or issue you a credit.
